We provide easy replacements/exchange on faulty, damaged and different products delivered.
Due to the hand-rendered nature of the Goods, they can be subject to variations and slight discolorations. Some variations in color can also occur as a result of the computer screen. The Buyer acknowledges that these variations and discolorations are not a fault of the Products and accepts the potential of such occurrence.
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods on delivery. If the Goods arrive to the Buyer is damaged, faulty or different, the Buyer is required to notify us within 24 hours in writing inclusive of unboxing video evidence with visible shipping label and photographs of the damage to the Goods and associated packaging to verify. The Buyer shall afford us an opportunity to inspect the Goods within a 7 working days following delivery. Failure to comply with this request and timeframe will void the Seller obligations. If the Buyer fail comply with these provisions the Goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage.
Order cancellation requests received within 6 hours of placing an order will be accepted without any questions asked.
Please be aware that this order cancellation policy applies only to requests made within the first 6 hours after placing an order as we usually ship order same day. Failure to comply with this timeframe will void the seller obligations for order cancellation.
If cancellation request is made after item shipped or buyer is not picking delivery calls or unavailable for delivery orders will be cancelled and customer have to pay the shipment/partial payment cost.
